This is a contract for third-party inspection and certification of elevators, dumbwaiters, chairlifts, and escalators to ensure annual safety compliance. The contractor must provide all qualified personnel, management, and tools to perform these services at Joint Base Myer–Henderson Hall and Fort McNair. A key requirement is that a certified third-party inspector must observe the incumbent maintenance contractor during annual inspections. The government will coordinate these inspections but will not directly supervise the contractor's service providers. All work must be done to ensure the continuous operability of the equipment.
