The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) is required to maintain the facilities located at Fort Benning, GA, including concrete sidewalks, curbs, asphalt roadways and parking lots. The Contractor will replace or repair concrete sidewalks, curbs, asphalt roadways, parking lots, as identified in each task order issued in accordance with the SOW standards. The site of work covered by these specifications is located at Fort Benning, GA, home of the Maneuver Center of Excellence. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide Concrete Curb/Sidewalk and Roadway Paving Repairs and Replacement as defined in the SOW. This is an Indefinite-Task Indefinite-Quantity type contract and task orders will be issued on as needed basis. The ordering one (1) year base period with four (4) one (1) year option periods.
