The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting this sources sought in order to identify potential vendors that possess the capabilities to support an Umbilical Cable Enviromental Testing Service Contract. All details are listed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement attached to this Sources Sought.
