Generators will be used for a facility's emergency power and are portable. Questions regarding KWs must be addressed to Melena Faxon. Please refer to the two attached spreadsheets with each item's salient characteristics. Prospective offerors must complete the attached spreadsheets in their entirety, to be considered a potential offeror. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Factor 1 – On-Island Support (as stated in the "Salient Characteristics" spreadsheets) Factor 2 – Product’s salient characteristics (as stated in the "Salient Characteristics" spreadsheets) Factor 3 – Price In your submitted quote, include the following: 1. Company's name, address, and phone number 2. Cage Code and DUNs number 3. Size of firm (include business category such as 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), etc.) 4. Company's POC information (name, phone number, and E-mail address) All quotes and completed spreadsheets must be submitted to Melena Faxon via E-mail (melena.d.faxon.civ@mail.mil) on September 11, 2020 at 12:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
