Amendment III RFP. The contractor shall furnish all, labor, equipment and material to clean surfaces contaminated with Hexavalent Chromium (VI) from the aviation hangars located on Camp Humphreys USAG in four (4) hangars 800, 860, 1860, 809, 882 and on K-16 air base in Seongnam one (1) hangar S-261. The entire hangar buildings are to be cleaned of all dust and grime including all equipment, shops, ventilation systems, and offices. The ceilings, walls, and ventilation systems will be vacuum cleaned to remove all the dust. The floors and work area table tops will be vacuumed and washed to remove the dust and grime. All ceiling tiles in the offices and air filters on all HVAC are to be replaced with new tiles to match existing tiles. The Industrial Hygienist from US Army Headquarters, US Army Medical Department Activity-Korea has performed wipe sampling that indicates the dust on the horizontal surfaces in the facility may contain levels of Hexavalent Chromium VI ranging from below detectable levels of 4.0 up to 210 ug/100cm2. With the exception of items specifically identified as Government-Furnished in Part 3, the contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, supervision, materials and services necessary to perform the requirements of this contract.
