The Air Force intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Progressive Surface, Inc (CAGE 06EH8) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for the purchase of ADV Opertator Interface Controls Upgrade for the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). Contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to receiving any contracts or orders from the Government. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 333999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a quote and information. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through bettaSam at https://beta.sam.gov/. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Each machine will require the following upgrades from the Contractor: a. Updated PRIMS Pro software to run in Windows 10 Operating System b. New 64-bit PC, with Windows 10, interface & controller to operate new PRIMS Pro software c. PC/controller must be configured to work with the existing shot peen equipment. d. Each machine must receive a 19 inch touchscreen interface monitor rated for the industrial environment and be compatible with PC/controller e. FAST Ethernet with be added to the CNC controller by the Contractor f. Updated machine drawings, service manuals, and operation descriptions shall be provided by the Contractor.
