The Air Force Medical Service has a requirement for (1) high quality, modern mobile magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine (see specs in Appendix 1) and (2) technicians (appendix 1, para 1.2,1.3), at the 55th Medical Group, Offutt AFB NE. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. The services provided under this contract are nonpersonal services. The Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, and materials required for the health care workers (HCW) who they employ to provide the services at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. THIS WILL BE A BASE + 4 OPTION YEAR CONTRACT WITH 6 MONTH EXTENSION. TRAILER WILL BE LOCATED AND REMAIN IN ONE PLACE ON CLINIC GROUNDS AND WILL BE HOOKED INTO BLDG ELECTRICAL.
