DISCLAIMER:This is a sources sought notice (SSN) to ascertain available capabilities for planning purposes.This SSN is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has assumed post award administration of the OMNIBUS IV Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting military medical research and development services. USAMRAA is issuing this SSN in support of the OMNIBUS IV contract vehicle to identify small businesses (within all small business socioeconomic categories - 8(a) participants, HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses). The general purpose of this notice is to identify small businesses (who are not currently Omnibus award holders) vendors who would be interested in submitting a proposal to join the OMNIBUS IV contract vehicle. Results from this market research may be evaluated as part of the Government’s decision to on-ramp additional vendors to the contract vehicle.
