The South Carolina Air National Guard is seeking interested sources for the following performance based service: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 4.0 as Government Furnished, to perform on-base and/or off-base “pre-habilative” health services to rated personnel assigned to the 169 Fighter Wing (FW), McEntire Joint National Guard Base (JNGB), McEntire, SC, USA. The contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the needs of fighter pilots.
