The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, is interested in outleasing approximately 24.68 acres of land consisting of two (2) parcels at Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California installation. Use of these parcels, identified as Parcel 2 (approx. 12.93 acres) and Parcel 15 (approx. 11.75 acres), shall be restricted to roll on/roll off purposes, such as temporary storage, processing, preparing and shipping of motor vehicles and temporary storage of automobile parts and accessories and other uses of a nature adapted to limited public access, minimal traffic, and maximum mobility. These parcels are located within the fenceline at Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California.
