The U.S. Government intends to issue a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, Texas, for ODIN and PHM upgrade and support activities for the F-35 Israel program. The work includes on-site software upgrade support, integration testing, dedicated personnel, and maintenance for a VPAC server. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. While the government believes only one responsible source exists, other vendors may submit a capability statement for consideration.
