AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: The Government intends to award for this service, HOWEVER, FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. For reference: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Furnish all services non-personal to provide labor, supervision, vehicles, equipment, materials, and parts necessary for chemical treatment of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning water systems identified in this statement of work. Quotes must be formated IAW Pricing Schedule Attached below is the combo with the solicitation information, instructions, and supporting documents. Submit quote for individual line items. This solicitation is for all or none. All quotes will be evaluated and the requirement will be awarded soley based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All quotes shall be FOB destination. Include all discounts that may apply.
