This announcement closes 16:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, 7 May 2019. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources (small and large businesses) at this time. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 481211 (Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation) with a corresponding size standard of 1,500 employees. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 481211 in SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov/SAM. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC), Langley AFB VA, is in the process of determining the market capability and acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services for the North Warning System (NWS) airlift support contract with performance in Canada across the NWS operational areas. For this requirement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, services, equipment, tools, oil, facilities, supervision and direct materials necessary for the performance of the air transportation services including sufficient number of ground personnel for adequate maintenance and ground operation.
