MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS FROM: ACC AMIC/PKB 129 Andrews Street, Suite 110 Langley AFB, VA 23665 SUBJECT: North Warning System (NWS) Fixed-Wing and Rotary-Wing Requirement Industry Day Announcement 1. ACC AMIC/PKB and Det-1 are holding an Industry Day for the NWS Fixed-Wing and Rotary Wing Requirement on September 11-12, 2019 at the Westin Hotel Harbour Castle in Toronto, Canada. 2. If you intend to participate in the NWS Industry Day, please email Capt Ashley Chung at ashley.chung.1@us.af.mil with email subject titled "NWS Industry Day Participant - Your Company Name" not later than September 1, 2019. An email is not mandatory for attendance; however, your response provides the Government a reasonable estimate of potential attendees for this event. Please include the names of all individuals that are planning to attend, their duty title, email address, and contact number. 3. During Industry Day, the Government will provide information and answer questions regarding the NWS Fixed-Wing and Rotary-Wing requirement and acquisition. If you have any questions prior to Industry Day, please submit them via email to Capt Chung not later than September 4, 2019 at 1600 EST. The Government may be able to provide better answers if provided questions prior. The point of origin for questions will not be made public; however, the questions and answers will be discussed during Industry Day and posted to Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov concluding the event. Any question and answers of a proprietary nature should be marked as such with propriety notations in the title and body of your email. 4. Industry Day Details a. Date: 11-12 September 2019 b.
