This Project: Custodial Services, NWS Earle and Leonardo, NJ is Restricted to 8(a) certified Small Businesses This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being solicited in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.805-1(a)(1) section (8a) of the small business act (15 U.S.C.27(a)) and the Partnership Agreement between the Department of Defense and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Competition under the FAR part 6.2 – Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources and FAR part 19-- Small Business Programs. Requirement: NWSE intends to contract for Custodial Services on its locations in Leonardo and Colts Neck, New Jersey. Please see attached documentation for more specifics on this effort. NWSE seeks to partner with an eligible 8(a) certified small business firm capable of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform these custodial services. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 561720 (Janitorial Services). The size standard is $19,500,000. All interested 8(a) contractors are encouraged to submit a response to the attached Request For Proposal. Attachment 4 (excel spreadsheet) is to be filled out with prices for every ELIN.
