This RFQ is solicited to Leidos and their authorized resellers within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and with a size standard of $41.5M. In order to be considered for this requirement, Leidos and their authorized resellers must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. You must be the manufacturer or an authorized reseller to submit a quote. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the Vendor by the Government. If an authorized reseller, you shall provide an authorized reseller letter from Leidos stating you are authorized to quote for RFQ NTOPG11062AR01, failure do so will result in being removed from competition and found as non responsive.
