This acquisition is for supplies that have been designated for the 8a program. The requirements for this NSN are as follows: Higher Level contract quality requirements (manufacturers & non-manufacturers), inspection & acceptance at origin, componet qualified products lists (QPL)/qualified manufacturers lists (QML), shelf life item (material furnished under this requirement shall have at least 85% shelf life remaining, Joint Certification Program (JCP) for this NSN. In addition, this NSN requires valid & current security classification prior to the award. DLA is looking specifically for 8(a) firms (manufacturers or non-manufacturers) that can meet the requirements along with having or being able to obtain FCL (classified clearance). The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 336211 with a business size of 1000.
