Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems for work on the for Electronic Security System (ESS) Intrusion Detection System (IDS) program, utilizing the authority under FAR 8.405-6 (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 USC 2304(c)(1)). The IDS upgrade, which modernizes the Advantor Suite for Networks from 6.0 to 6.2 configuration, was developed by Advantor Systems. Advantor Systems owns a majority of the proprietary data for the parts to be supplied, repaired, and replaced under the IDS upgrade/ICS effort. The subject requirement supports 1 ANG upgrade.
