Construction Contract for Project No. NKAK192001, Repair Fire Suppression System, BLDG 207 at the LR AFB, AR. The purpose of this project is to repair the existing high expansion foam fire suppression system, complete minor repairs to the wet pipe sprinkler system and make any building modifications necessary to bring the BLDG 207 fire suppression system into compliance with the current requirements of UFC 4-211-01. Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements of the statement of work, drawings and specifications for this project. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.
