A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 23 Jul 2020 at 0900 hrs. See SECTION 02100 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS on Solicitation for more information. Construction Contract for Project No. NKAK162006, Repair 189 AW Campus Parking Lots at the LR AFB, AR. The requirement of this project is the remove and dispose of selected sections of damaged asphalt in the BLDG 101,118, 122, 137, 126, 308 and 310 parking lots, complete repairs, repave flush with the surrounding pavement, and restripe/repaint as necessary. Repair methods include full-depth base course and pavement repair, mill and overlay, and full depth crack patching. Three additive bid items (ABIs) are also included with this project, to include 1) installing French drains in selected locations, 2) installing crack/joint sealant in all of the asphalt parking lots on campus and 3) slurry sealing and restriping all of the asphalt parking lots on campus. Work will be done in accordance w ith the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is betw een $500,000 and $1M. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Solicitation and information, notices and amendments w ill be posted at https://beta.sam.gov. Instructions for obtaining plans for this solicitation are located in Section 00100. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2020.
