This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only to identify potential contractors for an anticipated future IDIQ contract to provide Electronic Warfare Data production and library support services for the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center. The anticipated period of performance is a five-year ordering period with a potential six-month government extension. No budget, funds, or location for performance are specified at this time. The notice seeks capability statements from companies, including their size classification and proof of a Top Secret/SCI facility clearance, to help inform the Navy's acquisition strategy.
