The... This procurement is to upgrade the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in 150 classified spaces located at NIWC Pacific. The IDS system is designed to protect SCIF from unauthorized or illegal entry. The upgrade includes the bill of materials and installation. This actions requires the recertification of the SCIF by the Department of the Navy. The preponderance of the requirement is for services, however it also includes supplies for upgrading the equipment.
