Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) is issuing this Market Survey for Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide the Training Services Group (TSG) Training Support. This Market Survey is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Government will not formally evaluate or provide feedback to responses received for this Market Survey. Responses to this Market Survey are not offers and do not commit the Government to a contract. Responses that do not conform to Market Survey instructions may not be considered by the Government. At this time, the Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Market Survey; all costs incurred or associated with responding to this Market Survey will be solely at the respondent’s expense. Not responding to this Market Survey does not preclude participation in any future effort related to this Market Survey, should it occur. There are two attachments: Market Survey and draft SOW.
