Amendment No. 3: The purpose of this modification is to update the announcement to add the following additional topic: 22-LANT-1133 Logistics Information Naval Connector (LINC): The government is seeking an opportunity to discuss a standard platform- hosting/platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environment for Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB) systems and applications. This platform should facilitate data exchange and integration between modernized, legacy, and external IT systems in cloud environments, and Ashore data center environments as well as Afloat and Detached/Mobile operations. It must enable Naval Logistics Information Technology (LOG IT) systems and applications to be integrated/connected into DoD/DON/LOG IT environments, and PEO MLB Navy ERP, MyNavy HR, and Data Transformation Services (DaTS) Authoritative Data Environment (ADE) efforts. In addition, the modification removes the following topic which will be presented at a later Industry Day: 22-PAC-1082 Digital HF Mesh (DHFM) Embarkable System Lastly, the modification changes the title of the 22- PAC-1079 topic to "Tactical Integrated Edge Sensors to Cloud Data as a Service (Daas)." The process includes logistics, requisition, procurement, contracting, funding, financial, accounting, and services data across the FMS community. The event will include a brief from the Director of Prototyping - Information Warfare, NIWC Pacific, SSTM Rapid Prototyping, Technical Briefs, and one-on-one break-out teleconferences. Technical briefs presented during the IWRP Consortium Virtual Industry Day will include a variety of information warfare research technology focus area topics. It is anticipated that the topics will be the basis of upcoming Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) to IWRP Consortium Members. This is not a Request for Prototype Projects, but for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects, you must be a member of the IWRP Consortium. The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the IWRP Consortium, and industry in general, advanced notification of Government intent. The Government anticipates eight (8) Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) for white papers, enhanced white papers or full proposals to be solicited via N65236-22-9-0001. RPP topics will include a technical brief and one-on-one break-out teleconferences. The RPP topics consist of the following: 1)22-PAC-1075 5G-Enabled Command & Control (C2) / Situational Awareness (SA) Tool: The purpose of this prototype effort is to provide 5G- enabled C2/SA tools relevant to Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO) mission scenarios. The 5G-enabled C2/SA tools proposed must integrate onto an existing, Government- provided 5G testbed network infrastructure (IWRP 21-PAC-0163). 2)22-PAC-1076 5G Connected Vehicles / Autonomous Platforms: The purpose of this effort is to provide connected vehicle(s) / autonomous platform(s) relevant to EABO mission scenarios and selected warfighting functions including force protection, intelligence, and logistics. Prototype solution must integrate platforms onto an existing, Government-provided 5G testbed network infrastructure (IWRP 21-PAC-0163). 3)22-PAC-1077 5G-Networked ISR Sensors: The purpose of this prototype effort is to provide a diverse suite of 5G-enabled Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensors relevant to EABO mission scenarios. Solution must integrate ISR suite onto an existing, Government- provided 5G testbed network infrastructure (IWRP 21-PAC-0163). 4)22-PAC-1079 Tactical Integrated Edge Sensors to Cloud Data as a Service (Daas): The purpose of this prototype is to create and deploy a cloud and cloud at the edge implementation or a DATAOPS Ecosystem; develop the architecture and methodology to deploy a cloud and cloud edge DATAOPS Ecosystem for Unmanned Surface Vessels (USV) in addition to Manned Naval Ships. 5)22-PAC-1078 Data Engineering Pipelines and DataOps: The purpose of the effort is to create and test a DATAOPS Ecosystem prototype to include: API Gateway and API Documentation utilizing open- source tools to allow users programmatic access to datasets and file sets. The prototype solution must include a User Interface that allows users to search data via intuitive common use desktop operating systems. 6)REMOVED 7)22-LANT-1053 Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Cloud Services: The government is seeking the opportunity to discuss a “solution” demo on a service delivery model for both information technology (IT) platform(s) and service delivery, which will enable effective delivery of CSSP cloud services AND cost efficient to the mission owner and CSSP.
