This RFI is requesting white paper responses for Cryogenic Devices, Electronics, and Systems and Quantum Information Technology prototyping efforts. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Government will not formally evaluate or provide feedback to responses received for this RFI. Responses to this RFI are not offers and do not commit the Government to a contract. At this time, the Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs incurred or associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondent’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future effort related to this RFI, should it occur. White papers are due no later than 10 MAY 2021 at 10:00AM PST. Questions regarding this announcement are due by 03 MAY 2021 at 10:00AM PST. Please review the two attachments for details regarding how to respond to this RFI.
