Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) supports Navy and Joint Service mission owners as they transition to the Navy’s integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) model of Compile to Combat in 24 Hours (C2C24). The selected contractor shall support mission owner software development teams with tailored support packages that may include full-stack DevSecOps (Development, Security, Operations) engineers, solutions architects, and experts from the original product developers for the C2C24 pipeline tools and the technology stacks underlying each C2C24 PaaS (Platform as a Service).
