Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is issuing this pre-solicitation notice as a Request for Information to industry. The Government anticipates that a formal solicitation will be issued in Q3 FY24. The Government anticipates award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), single award contract (SAC) and an IDIQ, multiple-award contract (MAC). The purpose of this RFI is to gauge the Small Business capabilities available and to verify if a portion of this work on either the SAC or MAC can be set aside for Small Business. This is a notice of intent, NOT a request for competitive proposals. This pre-solicitation notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposals, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract.
