The Naval Warfare Information Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC 2223 has a requirement to complete a Charleston Drinking Water Evaluation in Charleston, SC. This action is to procure a market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the NIWC Atlantic Charleston Drinking Water Evaluation as stated above. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
