No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. The Department of the Navy, Assistant for Administration (DoN/AA) intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed- Price contract with Kallman Worldwide Inc. using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall provide event planning and coordination services at the Paris Air Show, Paris, France June 17-21, 2019 Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement and will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement in the future, should this need arise again. A determination not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
