This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Two Month Sole Source Contract. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to award a two-month contract under the terms and conditions of SPE7LX-17-D-0101, which is held by Oshkosh Defense (75Q65). Period of performance is from September 25, 2022, to November 24, 2022. The current ceiling of $43,439,634.46, is sufficient for any demands during two-month period. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. (1) National Stock Numbers (NSNs): Multiple NSNs (attached spreadsheet) with Oshkosh Defense as the sole approved source. (2) Unit of issue: EACH (3) Delivery schedule: Varied (4) Duration of the contract period: 2 Months (5) The Government intends to solicit from only Oshkosh Defense. The anticipated award date is October 21, 2022. (6) This proposed action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted as required once the action is awarded. (7) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by August 26, 2022. (8) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e., not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
