It is the Government's intent to use a letter solicitation format to the sole source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Northrop Grumman; therefore, if any non-OEM source is interested in any of the NSNs, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. A total of 49 NSNs are being considered to be added to an existing Long Term Contract with Northrop Grumman. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211- 9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. (Note: Other Aviation sites will provide their equivalent surplus clause, as applicable). Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period of eight (8) years. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR (michael.massello@sba.gov). The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newlymanufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. The proposed population will be added to an existing Northrop Grumman LTC, which has a total of eight (8) years remaining in the period of performance, inclusive of options. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract(s) will be fixed price, Requirements Type Contract. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. A letter solicitation will be issued before or around June 30, 2020. The negotiated terms and conditions from Umbrella contract SPE4AX18D9443, and the related Subsumable will be incorporated by reference. Note: Attached lis tof 49 NSNs
