The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Absolute and Relative Gravity Data Collection in South America. The Contractor shall establish absolute networks in Paraguay totaling a minimum of 20 absolute stations and in the state of Paraná, in Brazil, totaling a minimum of 20 absolute stations. The stations will lie within 5 degrees North latitude to 35 degrees South latitude and 35-75 degrees West longitude. The network will be established using an A-10 gravimeter. The Contractor shall survey a minimum of 300 new gravity stations in the country of Paraguay. The total anticipated period of performance is 1 base year plus 2 option years. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 541360 and the Product Service Code is T002; size standard is $16.5M. The Government intends to award a supply contract for commercial items utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures.
