The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency modified contract HM0476-20-C-0001 (Silverado) on a sole-source basis via P00007 on 17 February 2021 in order to obligate appropriated funding. This action is justified in accordance with the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) through FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), services available only from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of costs. The purpose of this notice is to post the aforementioned J&A in accordance with FAR 6.305 for a minimum of 30 days. The attached J&A has been redacted to remove cost information, names of individuals who approved the J&A and foreign partner references.
