The Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I), Communications and Global Positioning System Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), is seeking information on how interested sources could provide airborne Commercial Satellite Communication (COMSATCOM) systems, associated ground station COMSATCOM systems, and engineering/integration services in support of four (4) C-37’s.
