The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Communications and Global Positioning System Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), is seeking information on the approach and capability of any qualified sources to produce and deliver “The Terminal” based on a performance specification (available upon request).
