Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the NAVWAR E-Commerce Central website https://e- commerce.dc3n.navy.mil, and www.link22.org; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The deadline for questions is 1000 PST, 09 March 2023.
