The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to investigate contracting strategies for the TSE C4I Arsenal support requirements. See Attachment for more details. The closing date to submit questions and/or feedback to the Government is 18 April 2022. -- Update on 15 April 2022: This RFI is hereby extended until 25 April 2022. -- Update on 25 April 2022: This RFI is hereby extended until 2 May 2022. -- Update on 29 April 2022: Questions and Answers are hereby attached to this RFI: see attached "QAs RFI Arsenal MKSTSVY- 00184116.pdf". This RFI is hereby extended until 6 May 2022. -- Update on 5/4/2022: The RFI attachment "Arsenal RFI 03182022.pdf" is updated and superseded with "Arsenal RFI 05042022.pdf" to reflect a corrected email for PDPA points of contact. Also, Paragraph 3.1 in the aforementioned RFI attachment provides for the change that PDPAs will be accepted after the submission deadline. The submission deadline remains the same."
