As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) is releasing this Sources Sought and Request for Information (RFI) to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement, as well as getting a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) to complete the requirement as identified below. The requirement is to design, procure, build, test and deliver a fixed and remotely accessible cyber range system to support a USNORTHCOM Partner Nation under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case.
