This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received by the Government for this Sources Sought. The information provided by contractors may be used by the Navy in developing its acquisition strategy, Performance Work Statement (PWS) and/or Performance Specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice. Background: Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide contractor support for NAVSUP Headquarters (HQ) NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS), and NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC) with event and furniture support services. The Government may consider the award of either a single or multiple-award contract as a result of a solicitation. Any potential contract(s) or agreement(s) resulting from this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ)-type contract or blanket purchase agreement (BPA). Place of Performance (Site Locations) The place of performance shall be at Government facilities located at NSA Mechanicsburg, PA. NAICS Code The NAICS code for this requirement is anticipated to be 238390, Other Building Finishing Contractors, with a size standard of $19 million. The product service code (PSC) is N071, Installation of Equipment-Furniture. Period of Performance The period of performance is anticipated to consist of a five-year ordering period and may include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to provide for an additional six months of performance. Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for Information Only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Please see the attached draft PWS to view required tasks. Reponses to this Sources Sought Notice shall reference “NAVSUP HQ Furniture Services SSN” and shall include the following information: 1.Company name, address, Point of Contact Name, phone number, and email address. 2.Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. 3.Size of Business - Large Business, Small Business, 8(a), HubZone, Woman-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business, and/or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. 4.Capability statement displaying the contractor's ability to provide the minimum requirements of the PWS to include past performance information. 5. If the services can be obtained from an existing Government contract vehicle, to include GSA, provide the applicable contract number. 6.Provide any questions, comments, feedback regarding the draft PWS, planned contract type or any other associated information. Standard company brochures will be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed four (4) type written pages in no less than 10-point font. Again, this is not a request for a proposal.
