The project is to provide all design and construction services necessary to remove and replace approximately 36,000 SF of asphalt shingle roof and underlayment, 700 SF of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) membrane, 1,300 linear feet of edge metal, and 3FT ice and water shield at all ridges and valleys. The work includes, but is not limited to all demolition, relocation, temporary construction and restoration necessary to produce a complete and useable facility. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: There will be a pre-proposal teleconference held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 12:00pm EST.
