Amendment 3 extends the due date for the solicitation to 21 JUN 24 Amendment 2 adds recent RFI's and Pre-Proposal Meeting Minutes It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award a design/build contract, which will result in completed pool facilities that contain commercial quality and that will operate efficiently and without unreasonable architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical failure or deficiency throughout the expected life of the facilities. The design life required for the facility shall be at least 20 years. There will be a pre-proposal conference on28 May 2024 at 1:00 PM CST via Microsoft Teams /Dial-in by Phone +410-874-6751/Conference ID: 781 610 512# or Meeting ID: 933 279 193 50/Passcode: 7vqg2R. All prospective Offerors are urged to attend this conference.
