DLA seeks a concessionaire to operate two cafeterias and a mobile food truck at Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. The contractor will pay NAFI either a monthly concessionaire fee or a percentage of gross sales, whichever is greater; NAFI will not pay for these services. The contract has a two-year base period from December 30, 2026 through December 29, 2028, plus eight one-year option periods. Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide a Unique Entity ID to be eligible, and a site visit must be completed by October 28, 2026.
