DLA Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation seeks a multiple-award concessionaire to provide non-personal portrait photography services at the Defense Depot in Richmond, Virginia. The contractor will operate the photography service and share gross revenue under a 20% NAFI / 80% contractor split. The contract includes a one-year base period from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, plus four subsequent one-year option periods, with a site visit completion deadline of October 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT.
