The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites qualified offerors to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (NAFUA1-25-R- 0003) to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals for recycling services at the Defense Supply Center, Richmond, Virginia. All questions are due to the Contracting Officer in writing no later than 3:00 PM EST on September 18, 2025. All proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM EST on September 25, 2025.
