The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites qualified offerors to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (NAFUA1-25-R-0002) to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals for massage therapy services at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio. A site visit may be scheduled with the Contracting Officer at michael.3.thompson@dla.mil. All site visits shall take place no later than March 20, 2025. All questions are due to the Contracting Officer in writing no later than 3:00 PM EST on March 21, 2025. All proposals are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on April 3, 2025.
