This is an invitation for interested parties to submit a written proposal in response to the attached Request For Proposal (RFP) NAFNDW-25-R-2002 concerning a US Navy requirement for dedicated, full-time childcare services/spaces at specified quantities and geographic areas exclusively for eligible DoD personnel. This year-round necessity includes early childhood (childcare) services/spaces serving children six (6) weeks to five (5) years of age. The facility-based spaces shall be located: a) within a 15-mile radius to the U.S. Pentagon Reservation, Arlington, VA and located within Arlington, VA, Alexandria, VA, Falls Church, VA or Fairfax, VA; or b) within a five (5) mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard, Washington D.C. and located within the District of Columbia.
