*** Update: The RFI Questions & Answers are added as Attachment 3 *** Request for Information This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) issued on behalf of the 99th Air Base Wing, Nellis AFB, Nevada. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or Request for Quotations. Description The 99th Air Base Wing, Nellis AFB, Nevada requires a comprehensive charter high school education program service, grades 9 through 12, for the installation. Interested parties must be willing to locate to Las Vegas, Nevada and construct school facilities on Nellis Air Base installation premises. Attached to this announcement is a Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Draft Ground Lease. The SOO includes the general requirements that will be expected of the selected school. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research regarding the interest and capability of the charter high school programs to meet the requirement. It’s an opportunity to facilitate discussion in an effort to fine tune this requirement prior to an anticipated issuance of a Request for Lease Proposal. All questions and comments must be received by Ms. April Taylor at april.taylor.7@us.af.mil by Monday, May 31, 2021 at 5:00pm PST. Organization Name: CAGE Number: POC Name, Title, Phone, and Email: Are you an accredited school in the State of Nevada recognized to provide the required services detailed in the SOO? Describe your experience delivering grades 9 through 12 education including student outcomes and instructional priorities. What are your current technology based instructional requirements and practices? Do you have a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) curriculum model? If so, briefly describe. What extracurricular activities (sports, clubs, etc.) can you offer students? Has your educational institution received any awards or recognition in the most recent five years?
