STATEMENT OF NEED (Outdoor Recreation Travel Trailers) Equipment Item Needed: 2 Recreational Travel Trailers Tow behind) with the capacity to sleep 4-7 people. Units need to have shower, in bathroom sink and toilet, stove top, oven and/or microwave, kitchen sink, AC and heat, fresh water storage, water pump, water heater, refrigerator capable of operating on both propane gas or electric, dining area/table, propane and smoke alarms, dual batteries, duel propane storage (with tanks), black and grey water storage tanks with all necessary hoses, cords, leveling system, and trailer breaking system. 3000 – 5000 lbs., have good ground clearance and durability. Purpose: Outdoor Recreation regularly replaces items in the fleet as they age. The items requested would provide model appropriate trailers to our rental fleet. These items also need to match our customers towing capacities (between 3000-5000 lbs) as well as the local terrain. The ability to provide appropriate Recreational Travel Trailers assists in enhancing the MWR opportunities for base personnel. Equipment: Vendor shall provide said trailer as described in the description above to include delivery to Outdoor Recreation on Schriever SFB, CO if vendor is outside the state of Colorado.
