Naval Air Station Meridian in east-central Mississippi, near Meridian in Lauderdale and Kemper counties, hosts jet flight-training operations and outlying training fields. The contractor will perform maintenance, monitoring, programming, and integration on proprietary control, life-safety, and industrial control systems, including Johnson Controls, Simplex, Monaco, Honeywell, and SCADA water-control systems. Fire protection, boiler, UPV, and backflow-prevention work must be performed by certified personnel, with specific NICET, UFC, UG, Mississippi licensing, and OEM requirements. The contractor must also maintain the NAS Meridian Water Plant SCADA system and conduct annual testing, calibration, and adjustment from the control point to monitoring devices, well houses, chemical mixers/injectors, valves, and motor controllers. Respondents must demonstrate active OEM authorization or licensed integrator status, relevant manufacturer certifications for personnel, and past performance with identical or similar proprietary systems in operational environments.
