NAVFAC Southeast is conducting a sources-sought market survey, not a request for proposals, to identify qualified parties for a design-bid-build renovation of five Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing buildings at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA. The work includes mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm upgrades; bathroom remodeling; exterior renovations; mold remediation; and design for hazardous-material abatement. The construction magnitude is $25,000,000–$50,000,000, with an anticipated 1,200-calendar-day performance period and anticipated award in fourth quarter FY 2027. All socioeconomic categories are encouraged to respond, and interested firms should demonstrate relevant prime construction experience on comparable multi-unit living facilities valued at $20 million or more and/or 30,000 square feet or more completed within the past seven years, plus at least $50 million per-project bonding capacity. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no solicitation or bid package is currently available.
